Thanksgiving fell on the last week of November this year so it was late. My siblings and their families all made it to Jackson for a few days. Eva, Charity's stepdaughter, and Aubree were the only two who did not make it. I was a little sad that Aubree did not make it and even more sad that she was alone until that evening because she was on call at her CNA job. The company was great and the food delicious. The kids LOVE Nana’s macaroni and cheese. Before the girls headed to the movie, it was a hayride time. Mom & dad bought bells for everyone so we sang Jingle Bells.
It was crowded (38 for Thanksgiving day and the couple days after) but my heart was happy. Aubree & Eva would’ve completed it.
